What Each Service Involves

No surprises. Here’s exactly what you get with each service and who it’s designed for.

Start Here – £199 Fixed Price

Accessibility Health Check

You submit your URL and choose up to four additional pages. AMTAA runs an automated scan and a specialist reviews the findings and explains what they mean for your site.

You receive a clear PDF report in plain English, what was tested, what was found, and what it means for your users. No jargon. Just what matters.

If we don’t hear from you within 3 business days, we’ll select representative pages and start from there.

Best for: organisations that want to understand their current position before committing to a full audit.

Organisations That Take Accessibility Seriously

We work with UK-based organisations across sectors where accessibility carries real weight – commercially, legally, or operationally.

Public Sector & Education

Councils, colleges, universities, and public bodies subject to the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations and Equality Act 2010. Audit evidence is often mandatory.

Professional Services

Law firms, accountancies, and consultancies where client trust and digital reputation matter.

Housing & Social Landlords

Where residents rely on digital services to access critical information and complete essential tasks.

Charities Sector

Organisations serving users who are most likely to rely on assistive technology and accessible design.

E-commerce & Digital Services

Businesses where accessibility failures cost real revenue through blocked journeys and abandoned purchases. 82% of consumers with access needs say they’d spend more online if there were fewer barriers.

Agencies & Digital Teams

In-house teams and agencies that need independent audit evidence for clients or procurement responses.

Questions About Our Services

Yes. If you purchase a Health Check and decide to proceed with a full Accessibility Assessment within 60 days, the £199 is credited against the Assessment cost.

Yes. The Equality Act 2010 requires all service providers to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people, including online. Public sector organisations have a stricter, explicit duty: WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance and a published accessibility statement under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018. Private sector organisations don’t have a fixed technical deadline, but the legal duty still applies, and an independent audit is the clearest way to show you’re taking it seriously.

No audit can provide a legal guarantee of compliance. What it does give you is a WCAG-aligned assessment that identifies issues, explains them in plain English, and prioritises them by impact. That gives you clear evidence of due diligence and a practical plan to address problems.

Most Assessments are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your site. We confirm scope, timelines, and deliverables on the discovery call and in writing before testing begins, so there are no surprises.

AMTAA focuses on auditing and guidance. Your existing development team or agency implements the fixes using our prioritised recommendations. If needed, we can review changes once they’re in place to confirm issues are resolved.

No. The Health Check is a low-commitment starting point, but if you already know you need a full audit for procurement, compliance evidence, or stakeholder reporting, you can go straight to an Assessment. Book a free discovery call and we’ll confirm the right scope.
